Personal Information You Give Us: When You register with us, or sign up for various services, You will give us certain personal information, such as Your name, Your email address, Your telephone number, and other personal or preference information that You choose to provide. You may also provide us with certain information when we communicate with You electronically. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then You might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that You provide for such purposes as responding to Your requests, customizing future experiences on our Service, improving our Service and communicating with You.
Of course, when You use our Service, and begin to voluntarily disclose personal information by establishing a profile, posting Content, sending messages and communicating with Members, this information will be gathered and stored as well. You post Content (as defined in the Fan Media Service Agreement) on our Service at Your own discretion and Your own risk. We cannot and do not guarantee that Content You post will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. Once You register, You can add or remove personal information about Yourself. However, You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored Your Content. You can add or may have metadata added to the Content including a tag (e.g., to mark headlines when You post a video), geotag (e.g., to mark Your location to a video), or other data. This makes Your Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If You geotag Your video or tag Your video using other’s APIs then, Your latitude and longitude will be stored with the video and searchable (e.g., through a location or map feature).

This helps better track certain promotions and understand the effectiveness of Fan Media’s outreach to Members. Fan Media may also allow its advertisers and partners the ability to use clear gifs on our Service solely to track Members who link from a Website to this Service, though this ability to track such activity does not allow these entities access to any Member’s personal information to which they are not otherwise entitled.
We use third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Service. These tools collect information sent by Your device or our Service, including pages You visit, add-ons and other information that assists us in improving our Service.
Fan Media also uses GPS to track its users’ locations. This allows fans to search for other fans of their favorite teams in their area and to connect with them via in-app texting. However, you will be given an opportunity to opt out of GPS tracking if you so choose.
